For what dollar amount can I purchase a gift card?

Online in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250 and $500 denominations.

At the restaurant, any denomination up to $10,000.

When does my card expire?

Village Whiskey gift cards never expire.

Are there any fees or charges for keeping a balance on my card?

No. There are no service fees to purchase a card or to hold a balance on it.

How can I pay for a gift card?

Village Whiskey gift cards may be paid for with a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Type your message in the Message field during the purchase process. There is no additional charge for a personalized message.

Messages are limited to the space provided on the presentation carrier of the gift card.

Is there a purchase limit?

Total purchases for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your gift card, contact us immediately. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Gift cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Can I reload or exchange my card for cash?

Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
